We are delighted to introduce Tiago, our Director of Dining at Les Trois Couronnes, whose exemplary journey within our establishment is truly noteworthy.
Originally from Portugal, Tiago brought with him a rich culinary tradition and an unwavering dedication to excellence. He arrived in Switzerland in 2007, where he began his career at the prestigious Badrutt's Palace in Saint-Moritz. In 2009, he expanded his expertise by moving to England, before returning to Switzerland in 2011, settling in Vevey.
Tiago joined Les Trois Couronnes as a commis waiter. Through his hard work, passion, and attention to detail, he climbed all the ranks within our establishment. Today, as Director of Dining, Tiago oversees all of our dining operations, ensuring that each meal is a memorable experience for our guests.
His journey is an inspiration to our entire team, demonstrating that with determination and excellence, anything is possible. We are honored to have him leading our dining department and are confident that he will continue to bring innovation and quality to our culinary offerings.
